Use professional construction audit experience to create risk-based samples for testing and draft document requests.
Perform assessments of project-level construction controls reporting and compliance.
Collaborate in developing deliverables and provide feedback on leading construction industry practices.
Compile testing results in a structured workbook and assist with drafting summary reports of observations.
Ensure all activities comply with AICPA Standards for Consulting Services and handle confidential and personal data in accordance with project and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in interviews and workshops with project stakeholders to gather process insights and share perspectives on industry practices and regulatory expectations.
Develop workplans and testing templates in coordination with the compliance team.
Analyze construction project documentation, including contracts, pay applications, change orders, expense transactions, and supporting records for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, financial transactions, and regulatory requirements.
3+ years of experience in construction auditing, project controls, or compliance assessment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audit documentation tools.
