Construction Site Contracts Manager

Description

• Use professional construction audit experience to create risk-based samples for testing and draft document requests.
• Perform assessments of project-level construction controls reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate in developing deliverables and provide feedback on leading construction industry practices.
• Compile testing results in a structured workbook and assist with drafting summary reports of observations.
• Ensure all activities comply with AICPA Standards for Consulting Services and handle confidential and personal data in accordance with project and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in interviews and workshops with project stakeholders to gather process insights and share perspectives on industry practices and regulatory expectations.
• Develop workplans and testing templates in coordination with the compliance team.
• Analyze construction project documentation, including contracts, pay applications, change orders, expense transactions, and supporting records for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud operations or datacenter environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with data analysis, risk assessment, and reporting in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory expectations for construction projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in workshops and interviews.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, financial transactions, and regulatory requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in construction auditing, project controls, or compliance assessment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audit documentation tools.
