Tasks

As a BIM Modeler, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming design information into precise 3D models and construction documents. You’ll support our field operations with shop drawings, schedules, and coordinated data, driving project accuracy and collaboration forward. Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE. -Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO19650 standards -Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination -Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams -Maintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practices -Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules -Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately -Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures -Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation -Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions -Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests
