Tasks
-✅ Establishing and managing the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites. -📋 Ensuring a consistent, empathetic, and professional approach to all resident interactions. -🤝 Attending regular meetings with residents and client representatives to maintain strong relationships. -💻 Maintaining accurate records and updates in the on-site database to reflect ongoing works. -📞 Acting as the escalation point for complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

What You Bring
-Solid understanding of internal and external works. -Excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills. -A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. -Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check at offer stage. -Previous experience as an RLO, ideally within planned maintenance or social housing.
