-Good Interpersonal skills. -Experience that demonstrates skill in various building trades listed above. -Must be able to remain flexible with work schedule to accommodate changing facility needs. -Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors, and vendors. -Able to work in a team environment. -High mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools a plus. -Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
