What You Bring

-Minimum 3 months of experience in a professional setting (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role), or an early-career professional eager to grow. -Bilingual proficiency : Strong command of both Arabic and English , written and spoken. -Fresh graduate or soon to graduate , holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering , or a closely related discipline. -3-5 months learning about Engineering Design through the Oegland Systems (OG) team. -UAE National with a valid Family Book (in compliance with UAE Emiratization regulations). -1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Project Management team, -1-3 months learning about Engineering Design through the Engineering Competence Center (ECC) team.
