Tasks

-Provide first-line application support and cybersecurity response. -Guide and develop IT team members for success. -Lead IT service delivery for multiple sites and factories. -Act as the primary contact for IT suppliers and global teams. -Oversee ticket management, triage, and escalation processes. -Site IT Site Delivery Managers- Work Onsite to the site or factory cluster you are assigned to. -Manage IT build projects and ensure machine connectivity. -Plan and control IT budgets for assigned sites. -Drive infrastructure support and governance onsite.

What You Bring

-Minimum 7 years in IT roles, with 3+ years in IT management. -Information/Data & Analytics/Business Intelligence -Experience in manufacturing IT environments is a plus. -SNOW Service Now Enterprise IT Management Platform. -PM/Agile PM -MS Office Products -Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook -SAP S4Hana -Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure -Fluent in English and local language of the region. -Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 10+ years of IT experience. -Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies, together with end-to-end business processes knowledge. -Strong project management experience in global environments. -Expertise in ITIL, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.
