Overview

Admin support for M&E maintenance contract, handling docs, reporting, and invoices

Tasks

-Provide contract operation support as required by the Account Director and Contract Management. -Update quote log & track client approvals. -Review & rectify invoice queries from the Finance blocked invoice reports. -Collate and Maintain contract, compliance and operational documentation. -Provide support to the financial reporting requirements, to include WiP and aged debt. -Collate and draft the Monthly reports as required.

What You Bring

-Must have educational qualifications in Mathematics and English Language (GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent) -Experience of Invoice reconciliation and WiP reporting. -Have a logical and organised method to enable 100% completion of all works. -Experience working within an FM or Building Services environment. -IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - to produce detailed Excel and Word reports. -Previous experience of working with a recognised CAFM system (i.e: Concept, eLogbooks, Joblogic) is desirable however you will receive training
