As a project architect, you’ll coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs are functional, buildable, and meet project goals. You’ll also mentor junior staff and gain experience with all project phases, from field surveys to construction administration.

Looking for more than just drafting plans? This role is about solving real design problems. You’ll investigate client challenges, create practical solutions, and guide projects from concept through construction. Most work involves renovation and adaptive reuse, often requiring creative integration of new systems into existing buildings.

  • Registered Architect (RA) or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 3–15 years of architectural design and construction administration experience
  • Ability to conduct field surveys, climb ladders, and work in varied building conditions
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and specifications
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits
