ICS: Systems Integrator

Overview

Oversee global fueling system maintenance, modifications, and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Write scripts to automate tasks, perform data analysis and enhance system functionalities. -Successfully provide phone support to field technicians to resolve issues remotely. -Troubleshoot server stack hardware errors, including hard drive failures. -Update online database worklogs to reflect all efforts. -Design, build, and test systems in accordance with security controls related to assurance, system development, and security best practices to reduce vulnerabilities. -Attend and contribute to program tier meetings. -Software development, specification and requirements for the Operational Technology (OT) Systems. -Report status updates to Operations Managers. -Analyze system logs, alarms and alerts to diagnose faults and anomalies and implement corrective actions. -Conduct operator training on system usage as needed. -Conduct backup operations to the extent of being able to fully restore the system on loss of data. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed Wonderware InSource applications. -Monitor system performance, data integrity and communication health to identify and resolve issues. -Develop and deploy graphic changes to existing HMI screens using pre-defined objects.

What You Bring

-Travel up to 50% in support of training and troubleshooting efforts. -Active or previous security clearance. -Working knowledge of industrial control software (specifically Wonderware), server rack with RAID array architecture, SCADA system configuration, database management and HMI setup. -Proficiency in time management, including managing correspondence and priority scheduling. -Modicon PLC programming experience a plus. -Ability to replace and configure new HMI machines. -5+ years of experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. -Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience with control system networking technologies and PC networking technologies -U.S. Citizenship -6+ years of experience with complex software systems, to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements. -Ability to pass a NACLC security background check -Current possession of a government CAC. -BSE or related Software Engineering degree from an accredited university, or commensurate experience.
