Construction Project Manager

Tasks

-Track and manage RFIs throughout the project lifecycle -Support safety initiatives while on job sites -Estimate project costs including quantity takeoffs and subcontractor pricing -Coordinate field supervision and subcontractor activities -Lead construction projects in collaboration with architects, engineers, field staff, owners, and subcontractors -Oversee project bidding and buyout processes -Communicate with clients and design teams to resolve issues and expedite construction work -Develop and manage project schedules -Review project estimates with operations teams to ensure logistical and site considerations -Manage project budgets and financial performance

What You Bring

-Hands-on construction experience preferred -Strong collaboration skills with architects and engineers -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project -Knowledge of alternative delivery projects is a plus -Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Willingness to travel as needed -4+ years of experience in structural, flatwork, and/or site concrete construction -Self-motivated with strong time management skills
