Tasks

-Lead and develop the benefits team while actively managing day-to-day operations. -Ensure compliance with all health and welfare plan requirements (medical, dental, vision, etc.). -Deliver clear, compassionate communication to employees about their benefit options and life event changes. -Review and validate data to maintain accuracy across multiple systems and programs. -Manage budget and fiscal responsibilities and drive data-informed decisions. -Oversee all aspects of benefits and 401(k) administration, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. -Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve the employee experience.

What You Bring

-Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. -Proficient knowledge with leave administration. -Proven people management and leadership experience. -Prior experience administering benefits. -5–8 years of benefits experience (open to strong candidates with less). -Past experience with people management and having direct reports. -Strong background in leave administration and multi-state program management. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. -Dayforce experience is highly preferred. -Strong skillset with budget and fiscal responsibilities. -Multi-state experience.
