Tasks

-Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, providing technical guidance on Danfoss Climate Solutions products, and helping customers understand their applications and benefits. -Continuously learn and share insights to refine sales strategies, stay ahead of market trends, and contribute to a more innovative and customer-focused sales approach. -Use your skills in CRM and market analysis to manage sales activities in Salesforce, track pipeline progression, and analyze customer data to improve performance and forecasting accuracy. -Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and customer support to align sales strategies with broader company goals and deliver seamless customer experiences. -Lead account management efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and Industrial Refrigeration contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

What You Bring

-Experience in sales engineering, ideally within the commercial or industrial refrigeration sector, and a strong ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. -A mindset of continuous improvement and problem-solving, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering innovative climate solutions. -Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats, with the ability to clearly present technical information to diverse audiences. -Ability to work well independently and across cross-functional teams, managing multiple accounts and aligning efforts with internal stakeholders. -Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, with a solid understanding of pipeline management and data-driven sales strategies.
