Tasks
-Lead financial management and planning assignments for airports and aviation agencies across the U.S. -Manage project scope, budgets, and deliverables to deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction. -Support business development through client outreach, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives. -Advise airport clients on business planning, funding, and financial policy decisions that ensure operational and fiscal resilience. -Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff. -Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support capital improvement programs, rates and charges, and long-term funding strategies. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for financial consulting engagements.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated expertise in airport finance, including rates and charges, cost allocation, and capital improvement funding mechanisms (PFCs, grants, debt financing, etc.). -Ability to think strategically, manage competing priorities, and deliver clear, actionable insights. -10+ years of progressive experience in aviation financial planning, airport management consulting, or capital program project management. -Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, with proven success leading complex projects and teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Aviation Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
