Manage and oversee installation of fall protection systems on construction projects.

Tasks
-Procures materials and equipment necessary for their projects -Participates in initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, LJB project managers and design staff -Manages and leads actions necessary to respond to unforeseen conditions, disruptions, bad weather, supply issues, etc. to ensure successful and timely project completion. -Collaborates with design professionals, project managers, client representatives, etc. to advise on constructability of a project -Works with project managers to estimate construction labor and material costs for opportunities and proposals. -Oversees and sometimes participates at the project/work site with our team of employees, ensuring safety standards are followed and quality work is being performed in a timely manner. -Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, directs, and participates in activities regarding installation of fall protection systems. -Uses construction drawings to determine the tools, materials and processes required to complete the installation. -Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.

What You Bring
-Ability to analyze situations and identify ways to improve efficiency. -SPRAT/IRATA certifications preferred -Understanding/Training in OSHA/ANSI fall protection standards -Ability to work efficiently on multiple concurrent projects and tasks -5 years of supervisory experience in construction trade required -Ability to pass background checks, drug tests and MVR check -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. -10+ years’ experience required in construction activities, specifically with steel and concrete -Proficient with operation of aerial lifts -Must be able to traverse worksite in different types of weather and bend, climb, stretch, reach, and lean to perform duties. -Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings. -Must be able to meet the weight capacity of design perimeters of fall protection systems (between 130 to 310 lbs.). -Understands the exposure to characteristic construction site dangers. -This will require being available during project hours that can vary due to client requests (weekends, 3rd shift, etc.). -Associate Safety Professional Certification (CSP preferred) or obtainable within two years. -Ability to work independently and in team settings. -Ability to travel as needed (overnight stays based on supported projects). to various US-based locations. -Clear understanding with the ability to interpret engineering, architecture, and other construction drawings with the ability to communicate the drawings to others. -Understanding of construction trades and installation of proprietary fall protection systems. -Ability to react quickly and calmly to high-pressure situations. -High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred
