Overview

Tasks

Building Management Systems (BMS) -Conduct technical investigations and provide solutions for faults and breakdowns -Lead and supervise technical officers and technicians in executing maintenance and rectification works -Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards -Ensure thermal comfort levels comply with relevant codes of practice -Provide technical specifications for system upgrades and renovation works -Prepare technical reports and proposals -Oversee operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including: -Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations -Track and report maintenance activities, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation -Drive operational efficiency and implement energy-saving initiatives -Assist the Facilities Manager / Senior Manager in client liaison and stakeholder coordination -Liaise with contractors for ad-hoc and rectification works
