-Strong communications skills with young Apprentices (17-24 year olds) -Ability to problem solve and manage conflicting priorities -Experience of working within L&D -Significant administration experience, particularly in dealing with event planning (e.g. large conferences) -Project Management experience -Significant experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Databases, Microsoft Forms etc.) -Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including an excellent telephone manner and proven ability to communicate at all levels -Experience with Data Analysis -Prior experience of working with students, particularly in relation to Safeguarding (e.g. Safeguarding requirements for apprentice and graduate programmes) -Experience with (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams Channels and Chat Management) -Significant attention to detail experience -Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
