Tasks

-Generate qualified leads and data insights that enhance pipeline development -Apply your technical expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Databricks to uncover insights that drive commercial growth -Influence decision-making by providing actionable insights that align sales strategy with business objectives -Identify and resolve data anomalies such as missing sales data or segmentation discrepancies -Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility -Strengthen Frontier’s analytics foundation as we expand into AI-driven and predictive modeling initiatives. -Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and business recommendations using Power BI and Alteryx -Support Marketing initiatives by suggesting campaign strategies, sourcing target data, tracking progress, and reporting on key success metrics -Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility into sales and marketing performance through data-driven storytelling -Manage and update Databricks data sources to ensure reliability and accuracy -Identify, monitor, and report on Marketing and Sales KPIs to measure performance and ROI -Serve as the key liaison between Sales Enablement, SMB Marketing, and Sales -Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and daily reporting mechanisms

What You Bring

-Experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics -Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written -Power BI and data visualization best practices -Databricks and SQL Server -Advanced Alteryx capabilities -Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation -Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights -Familiarity with Salesforce CRM -SQL, Python, and PySpark -Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role -Strong proficiency with:
