Tasks

-Welcome clients, provide information, and show them the properties -Meet the monthly objectives set by the area coordinator -Achieve monthly targets in terms of rentals and number of visits -Follow up on phone messages within 24 hours -Ensure rental requests are handled according to provided guidelines -Meet with clients and address their needs regarding renewals, modifications, transfers, etc.Ensure post-rental follow-up -Complete all required job instructions on a tablet

What You Bring

-Two (2) years of experience in customer service -Ability to work effectively independently (self-management) as well as collaboratively with other associates -Salaires concurrentiels -Effective planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities -Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly -Excellent learning and problem-solving skillsAvailability for different shifts (evening and weekend) -Excellent communication skills -Excellent time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality -Professional approach and awareness of the importance of customer service quality -Ability to remain calm and handle any situation with patience, empathy, and understanding -Knowledge of various amenities. -Knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel -Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different computer systems and any new technology -Vehicle with a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition) -*Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both orally and in writing -Flexibility and attention to detail -Familiarity with computer tablets is an assett -Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions, including executing them
