Tasks

-Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope. -Work with estimating team to build the estimate and pricing. -Review plans and specifications. -Develop preliminary schedule. -Provide accurate take-off.

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -B.S. Degree – Construction Management or Engineering -Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented -Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word -Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift -Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines. Civil estimating experience preferred. -3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required
