What You Bring

-Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements -Detail orientated -Active listening including an openness to diverse input and feedback -Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred -Punctual and consistent attendance -Minimum of 1-year in carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred -Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days. -Ability to work with other team members to solve problems -*Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs. -Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy -Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. -All team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics:Work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and varied organizational levelsCooperate with others when in a team environmentPositive, can-do attitudeActive listening including an openness to diverse input and feedbackAccept direction from supervisorsFollow work rules and proceduresPunctual and consistent attendance -Minimum of 1-year light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred -Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.).
