Tasks

-Maintain cultural awareness to ensure communication is respectful, accurate, and aligned with regional expectations. -Assist in preparing business proposals, meeting summaries, and operational reports. -Manage customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. -Contribute to improving workflows, customer engagement processes, and internal communication standards. -Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution. -Facilitate clear and effective communication between Russian- and English-speaking teams. -Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. -Translate and localize materials, such as emails, presentations, customer communications, and internal documents. -Support day-to-day operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and project coordination.

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly skilled Russian-speaking professional to support communication, operations, and customer engagement with Russian-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in both Russian and English, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work efficiently within a multicultural, fast-paced environment. -Advanced proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken). -Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems). -Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. -Experience working with Russian-speaking markets or clients. -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred). -Knowledge of local business practices and cultural nuances. -Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. -Proven experience in communications, customer service, operations, or similar roles. -Additional language skills are a plus. -Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision. -Previous experience in multinational or multicultural teams.
