Logistics Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate mobilisation, documentation, and delivery of equipment for project sites.

Tasks

-Ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems. -Administration of required cargo/driver documentation and certifications. -Provide subject matter advise to employees where required. -Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites. -Administration of the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment and materials to all new and existing project sites. -Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment, liaising with appropriate authorities. -Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers. -Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices.
