Tasks

You will be supporting Brands and Commercial Lending Portfolio Performance. Supporting the Sale of CNH / Iveco Branded Equipment and Parts through the dealer network and achieve CNH / Iveco Capital Profitability Targets by minimizing risk costs and delinquency. -Report on portfolio situation and quality. Specific reporting for dealers in special situation. -Sale of commercial lending products -Assist in development and marketing commercial lending products. -Serve as a liaison with internal departments (such as: Industrial, Parts, Retail) as well as external clients (such as: dealers and lending institutions) -Assist Portfolio Manager in reducing risk and building relationships with dealers by offering support in systems, statement reconciliation, account disputes, pending credit note issues, development of action plans, documentation requests/verification, research of equipment and answering questions regarding process, policies and procedures. -Ensure timely collection of past due and future due receivables on regular dealers. -Support the process of having update collaterals (Bank Guarantees) in place. -Manage on local level the shipment process, including assisting in the determination of credit lines and collateral as per existing policies and procedures. -Assist and complete the field stock audit process/findings. Deliver best in class quality according to existing requirements. Drive local relationship with 3rd party audit provider.

The candidate needs to have effective verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, team player, basic knowledge of the business, the network, the market environment, confident person, able to effectively interact, open to work in a multinational company, effective negotiation skills, have a win-win attitude. The person needs to have high degree of integrity and compliance with policies and procedures -Experience in credit/banking desired. -Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business. -Experience in the asset financing industry is a plus. -Financial Analysis skills preferred. -Past Dues >30d -Effective Audit Resolution within Frequency -Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player.
