Tasks

-Helping maintain accurate records and documentation -Supporting financial tracking and budget preparation -Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor communications -Preparing meeting materials, notices, and correspondence for boards and residents -Participating in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge -Attending board meetings and general meetings in support of the Condominium Managers -Assisting Condominium Managers with day-to-day operations of condominium properties

What You Bring

-You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks -You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems -You have experience in property administration, real estate, or a related field -Learning about condominium legislation, bylaws, and compliance requirements -You enjoy helping people and building positive relationships
