Showroom Representative - Part Time $19-$23 an Hour

Overview

Assist customers in showroom, manage leads, quotes, and support sales operations.

Tasks

-Manage mailings, filing, software updates, office supplies, and promotional literature inventories. -Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies. -Convert customer requests into quotes through the Pella quoting system into accurate proposals/contracts. -Engage with customers in the Showroom and over the phone. -Participate in promotional events for prospects and customers with the goal of increasing sales. -Assist in the training and development of new employees. -Communicate customer product service needs to the customer service team in a timely manner. -Make calls to facilitate appointments for all outside Representatives in Showroom. -Convert In-Store, Phone-In, or Website contacts into appointments for the appropriate segment outside sales representative. -Proactively supports all business segments within the Showroom. -Manage the accurate and timely input of information into our customer account management software. -Responsible for promoting and generating Google reviews. -Develop extensive product knowledge, process knowledge, and the ability to navigate the Pella quoting system. -Manage Showroom housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, professional, presentable office environment.

Requirements

• college degree
• retail experience
• high school
• rotating schedule

What You Bring

-College degree is a plus. -Previous experience in a retail environment. -High School diploma or equivalent. -Ability to work at the Showroom location Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, and a rotating Saturday schedule.
