Tasks

-Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients. -Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities. -Coordinates across multiple organization and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information. -Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement. -Defines quality control requirements and works collaboratively across teams to ensure compliance. -Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation. -Analyzes complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes. -Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor & measure performance, and relevant metrics. -Provides analysis and supports accurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections.

What You Bring

-Technical experience with energy efficiency, energy efficiency audits or related technologies. -Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, developing reports and importing/exporting data. -Bachelor's degree and previous data related experience is required. -Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience. -Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
