Tasks
You will oversee the company’s financial management activities, including financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. Your expertise will ensure robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements to support business growth. -Design and implement financial reporting frameworks. -Develop cost analysis frameworks and identify key business drivers. -Recommend strategies for cost optimization and efficiency. -Timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance. -Deliver monthly management reports for leadership teams. -Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). -Prepare detailed budgets and monitor performance. -Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities. -Develop and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and processes. -Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory standards. -Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors. -Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, statutory filings). -Support business planning and annual budgeting.

What You Bring
-Degree in Finance or related field. -Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). -In-depth knowledge of accounting policies and financial regulations. -Excellent business acumen and analytical capabilities. -Expertise in VAT and compliance requirements. -Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
