  • Support permitting of water supply and water reuse projects.
  • Interpreting federal, state, and local codes, rules and regulations.
  • Assisting with project management duties including preparation, development and tracking of project scopes, budgets and schedules, determination of required resources and project risks.
  • Support water supply marketing efforts and build relationships with key water leaders and decision makers throughout the US.
  • Assisting with managing, evaluating, and interpreting collected data for water resources, supply and hydrogeologic projects.
  • Preparing work plans, reports, and proposals.
  • Provide water demand estimates and conservation assessments.
  • Working with clients, business developers, and delivery teams to ensure that deliverables meet client needs.
  • Develop water management strategies and planning assessments.
  • Support innovative water planning services, including integrated supply planning, master planning, potable reuse, and brackish water desalination.
  • Support planning-level estimates of project costs.

  • Experience with planning and permitting water reuse projects, including potable reuse.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Bachelor of Science and/or Master of Science Degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of work in the water field, including water supply planning.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive reports and client-facing presentations.
  • Experience leading project tasks and executing water planning projects.
  • ArcGIS skills preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Licensed PE.
