What You Bring

-Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving project needs. -Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Awareness of health and safety considerations in design and construction. -Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent to M.Tech Structures preferred. -Basic understanding of river and coastal engineering, including flood defence design and refurbishment of hydraulic structures. -Hydraulic structures (e.g., dams, weirs, gates). -Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steelwork design principles. -Understanding of UK health and safety legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations 2015) is desirable. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. -Good presentational skill. -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prepare basic sketches. -Ability to follow quality procedures and maintain high standards in work.
