Tasks
-Generate and communicate detailed clash reports to project teams. -Complete assigned BIM support tasks on time and within budget. -Work closely with project managers and teams to anticipate BIM service and modeling needs. -Support production teams to maintain high-quality outputs and compliance with standards. -Participate in quality management initiatives, including technical assessments and mentoring. -Ensure BIM deliverables meet client and project requirements, as well as Arcadis standards. -Provide troubleshooting and support for Revit and workflow challenges. -Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot workflow challenges and technical issues. -Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients. -Provide expert guidance on model adjustments to eliminate conflicts. -Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure alignment. -Develop, implement, and refine clash detection workflows and best practices. -Oversee daily management, review, and audit of BIM models to ensure compliance with Arcadis standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and applicable codes. -Support staff in adhering to company-wide BIM and CAD standards. -Propose improvements to software tools and modeling processes. -Conduct comprehensive clash detection using Navisworks, BIM 360, Revit, and other BIM tools. -Identify and analyze design conflicts across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines. -Maintain expertise through continuous learning, professional development, and research. -Support and mentor staff regarding company-wide CAD standards (AutoCAD), as needed. -Perform regular audits to uphold data quality and accuracy. -Mentor and educate staff on BIM best practices, standards, and technical requirements. -Maintain accurate records of coordination activities, clash resolutions, and decisions. -Create parametric Revit families to capture design intent and construction logic. -Author and review BIM Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project procedures. -Contribute to developing new BIM-enabled design processes and innovative solutions. -Prepare and distribute clash detection reports with clear documentation of findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

What You Bring
-Effective time and project management abilities. -Clash Detection & Resolution -Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications, especially AutoCAD. -Communication & Interpersonal Skills -Proven track record as a problem solver. -BIM Deliverables & Standards -Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, respectful approach. -Strong grasp of BIM principles, workflows, and multidisciplinary design integration. -Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with Revit and BIM concepts; at least 5 years in architecture focusing on construction documentation and detailing for large-scale, complex projects. -Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or other BIM guidelines (preferred). -Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. -Strong attention to detail for accurate clash identification and resolution. -Ability to analyze complex 3D models, identify conflicts, and propose practical solutions. -Diploma or degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. -Articulate and persuasive communicator, able to convey BIM concepts to staff and clients. -Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and related BIM/design technology software and hardware. -Technical Proficiency -Excellent facilitation skills for coordination meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.
