Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. -Lead process qualifications (FPQ/PLQ) and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation and control plans. -Develop, optimize, and standardize joining processes, including brazing, welding, and heat treatment, for turbine component repair and manufacturing. -Monitor process performance using key metrics, implement corrective actions, and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to drive the industrialization and optimization of joining and heat treatment processes for turbine components. This role plays a key part in ensuring production readiness, quality, and process efficiency. -2–3 years of experience in industrial or aerospace/turbine component environments is preferred. -Strong knowledge of process optimization, qualification, and performance improvement methodologies. -Hands-on experience in brazing, welding, and heat treatment processes. -Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to solve complex technical problems.
