Overview

Monitor real-time operations, log incidents, coordinate teams, and support the Shift Manager.

Tasks

-Maintain detailed shift records to support reporting and post-shift analysis -Participate in readiness checks and daily operational briefings -Log incidents, service updates, and shift activity in a timely and accurate manner -Conduct handovers and maintain continuity across shifts -Ensure adherence to Processes and SOPs and escalation mechanisms during live operations -Support the Shift Manager with situational awareness and task follow-up -Maintain operational discipline and process compliance during all shifts -Liaise with the Interface Specialist for key updates to GCC and other stakeholders -Track key operational KPIs and raise alerts when thresholds are breached -Monitor real-time operations through dashboards, systems, and communication channels -Assist in implementing instructions during incidents or disruptions -Coordinate with field teams, service providers, and control rooms to support execution

What You Bring

-3+ years in control room or operational support environments -Experience with real-time monitoring, logging, and coordination -Diploma or Bachelor's in operations, logistics, or related field -Familiarity with SOP-driven, shift-based work environments -Background in entertainment, events, transport, or facilities is a plus
