Tasks

-Champion the Perfect HSE Day and Perfect Quality Day campaigns. -Coordinate with project managers, global supply chain, and logistics vendors. -Align with PL and Region HSE goals and strategies. -Define service level agreements with AMO and Service Delivery. -Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. -Ensure adherence to global standards, cycle counting, and API policies. -Monitor throughput, labor efficiency, and implement action plans. -Lead hiring, RIF, termination, discipline, and performance reviews. -Lead and oversee warehouse & logistics operations, ensuring process quality and productivity. -Present incidents to the Incident Review Board (IRB). -Drive cost reduction initiatives while meeting customer and safety requirements. -Own the Employee & Talent Strategy for UK-CEU Warehouse and Yard. -Manage purchasing, receiving, shipping, and contract labor within warehouse scope. -Review team qualifications and close out CAPAs from audits. -Track financial metrics and drive cost-saving initiatives. -Ensure safe operations, risk identification, and incident reporting. -Execute UK-CEU Warehouse & Yard productivity strategy. -Strategically plan logistics for successful project delivery. -Oversee inventory and asset verification (CC/API). -Ensure 6S and Lean strategy execution. -Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
