Temporary full-time boiler maintenance for weekends, operating and repairing boilers.

Tasks

-Checking and cleaning traps -Adjusting controls for safe and economic operation -Repairing and replacing components -Cleaning nozzles and oil filters -Checking and maintaining motors -General housekeeping of equipment and spaces -Recording systems operating conditions daily -Maintenance Documentation completion and filing

What You Bring

-Clear driver’s license and have reliable transportation to work -Customer Service Skills -High level of boiler maintenance, troubleshooting and repair -Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. -Excellent Organizational skills -Greasing and oiling motors and other equipment -Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and familiar with CMMS -Sufficient experience and knowledge in a variety of boiler systems, and components.
