Overview
Lead regional account operations, client relations, governance, finance & facility management.

Tasks
-Ensuring close coordination with OEM/AMC vendor on defined / agreed Vendor SLA. -Maintain a master equipment list and track equipment ageing to identify the ones to be replaced. -Liaison with vendor for asset replacement as per TC's requirements. -Handling operation and maintenance of DGs 1500 KVA, UPS systems from 10 KVA to 400 KVA, PACs up to 20 tonnage, CACs, UCS, FM200 Systems, VESDA systems, SMPS systems up to 5000 amperes, VRLA battery banks up to 1530 AH, MLTPs up to 4000 amperes, VCBs up to 1250 amperes, RTCC panes, OLTC panels. -Create an SOP during the on-boarding period for all the activities related to asset management. -Check list/register to be maintained for - EB readings, once in 24 hrs., DG& UPS Hourly, Daily utility report for EB, DG to be carried out in existing format by 10 AM every day, data accuracy should be 99.95%. -Daily HT/LT, Transformer check list to be filled, yearly maintenance of transformer and LT panel to be planned & carried out. -Implement initiatives in consultation with team. -Maintain an inventory of PPE tools as per the requirements of Office health and Safety compliance and TC's MMS requirement. -Identify cost saving initiatives with no, low and high capex. -Inventory stock for electrical/plumbing to be maintained across the profiler locations, Inventory register to be maintained, showing stock in, issuance & balance. -Handling Facility Infra Operations.

-ON time PM - as per 52-week PPM schedule- through AMC Vendor. -EB & DG Power arrangement available across the sites, to ensure that those are always up & made available. EB power when available at HT should be made available 100%. -Energy record to be compared against industry benchmarks and historical consumption. -Incident, RCA format shared, to be followed as per the timelines. -Work permits to be implemented and records to be maintained at site. -All financial MIS reports should have data accuracy of 99.95%, any gap would be treated nonadherence with SLA. -MMR report to be prepared n shared by 25th of every month. -Energy consumption by each facility to be recorded daily. -70% stock of the site storage capacity to be always maintained. (HSD stock data to be at site).
