The Role
Overview
Provide HSE support and CDM advisory to housebuilding sites across Midlands.

Tasks
Reporting to the Account Director, you will provide HSE support across multiple sites and clients within the housebuilding sector throughout the North Midlands region. -Attending monthly client and internal meetings. -Investigating incidents and accidents. -Finding practical solutions to site issues. -Supporting clients with additional services when required. -Conducting site inspections and support visits. -Carrying out external Principal Contractor / Client inspections. -Delivering in-house training for operatives and management teams. -Undertaking targeted monthly checks. -Providing technical and HSE support to site management teams.

What You Bring
-Building trust and strong working relationships with site teams. -NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate. -Ability to produce detailed, informative reports in a timely manner. -Principal Designer experience or understanding of PD duties under CDM 2015 (desirable). -Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both workforce and management. -Excellent time management and diary planning skills. -UK-based construction / housebuilding experience. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (desirable). -Full UK driving licence. -Experience working across multiple clients and projects. -Willingness to travel (occasional overnight stays may be required). -Excellent support network of experienced managers, advisors, and admin teams.
