The Role
Overview
Handle client queries, schedule works, maintain records, monitor KPIs, and support admin.

Tasks
-Provide administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, reporting, and document management. -Assist with compliance documentation and reporting. -Maintain accurate records and updates within CAFM systems. -Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, escalating issues where necessary. -Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses. -Support the planning and scheduling of works, liaising with internal teams and subcontractors.
