Tasks

-Identify risks, pitfalls and mitigation measures via transfer or annulment of risk by use of appropriate amendments to contract language. -Support Finance on Bank Guarantee negotiation (where required). -Negotiate contract terms and conditions via formal stakeholder interaction to the best possible position in a timely manner. -Liaise with Sales/Estimation and Ops to better understand the risk profile, establish assumptions made etc. and also to appraise them of the stringent requirements under the Contract to allow for costs and/or risk management. -Facilitate internal approvals and authorized signatures as per company policies. -Provide suggestions for improving / streamlining the process. -Review contracts based on priorities. -Facilitate legal review, as applicable. -Liaise with the Contracts Manager on any pre-contract issues. -Identify restrictive trade practices under the Contract; report it via formal procedures and negotiate such non-permissible practices out of the Contract.
