Tasks

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and may lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. -Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to all team members. -Accountable for all aspects of project-related cost management including projections, PCO log, billings, cash flow and monthly reporting. These deadlines must be strictly adhered to. -Responsible to review and ensure the team understands and executes the Owner contract requirements. -Ensure the BOND Risk Management suite of services is built into the project approach and executed. -Participate in helping to identify and acquire projects aligning with current business plan(s). -Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Client through constant communication of schedules, financials and construction progress. Be the senior most builder at the project level for successful project delivery. BOND believes in business development through operational excellence. -Lead the entire Preconstruction and Construction effort utilizing all BOND resources/standards provided. -Lead a culture of safety and quality in every phase of the work.

-Superior problem-solving skills and business judgment with ability to confidently and decisively take action -Holds to the highest ethical conduct and professional standards -OSHA 30-Hour training. -Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment -Excellent diplomatic and communication skills, able to interact effectively with senior management, and the ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively in a firm but fair manner -Demonstrated knowledge of construction cycle related to all aspects of contract documents, estimates, schedule development, constructability, risk management, and financial management. -Knowledge of project management software, Textura, Oracle P6, Database Software, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, & Outlook). -Building skills with ability to anticipate project issues and be proactive in the resolution. -Capable of dealing with ambiguity and tight work oversight -Be able to proactively influence and establish positive working relationships with all stakeholders -Strong team building skills and leadership capabilities, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture -Time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables. -Excellent Client Management -BS in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Benefits

-The expected salary range for this role is $210,000 to $255,000 per year.
