-Ensure effective and efficient allocation of available resources such as manpower and materials -Improve efficiencies, managing route schedules and callback rates -Lead change toward better efficiency and communication -Plan, organize, and manage service field activities to ensure that these activities meet customer needs and company standards -Conduct field education training with field workforce -Ensure field employee safety and quality of service in your territory -Authorize repair orders and tracking completion
