Tasks

This is a dynamic, hands on marketing and brand management position where you will take ownership of the agency’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and creative output. Working closely with the directors and sales team, you will ensure consistency and quality across all channels — from print to digital, social media, and community engagement. -Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies -Partner with the leadership team on brand growth initiatives -Oversee campaign design, listings marketing, and signage -Coordinate photography, videography, and creative projects -Manage all digital and social media content creation

What You Bring

-Background in marketing, communications, or design -Modern, design led brand and marketing approach -Experience within real estate or a creative agency preferred -Confident communicator with great attention to detail -Self-motivated and organised with a passion for branding -Strong design and digital marketing skills (Canva, Meta, etc.) -Creative freedom to execute your vision
