Support daily operations of leadership team with admin, scheduling, and project coordination.

Tasks
-Confidentiality: Ensure that all information is managed at appropriate confidentially as required to meet business requirements. -Team Management: overseeing team members' administration and ensuring everyone has the resources they need. -Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the team or project, escalating as needed. -Resource Management: Ensuring the team has access to the necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and information. -Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to company BMS, policies and procedures. -Communication: Acting as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. -Project Coordination: Supporting business management and project teams with administrative tasks, managing schedules, and tracking progress. -Event Planning: Assist in organising team events, such as startup meetings, management meetings and similar requirements and on occasion celebration events and if necessary, participation in special events. -Administrative Support: Handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, producing records, managing business level documentation, and providing general administrative support to the team.
