Tasks

-Routinely report project progress to the local and regional accounting and operations team. -Achieve project schedule, quality, and profitability goals. -Develop and maintain positive and proactive client relationships. -Provide regular communication and coordination within the project team and with the client such that the project work plan and the client’s expectations on deliverables are understood and aligned. Monitor project deliverables for quality, completeness and conformance to the client’s expectations. -Provide training and mentoring to project team staff on project management and project consulting issues. -Serve as proposal champion/manager and assist with proposal preparation, review of contract terms and conditions, and evaluate risks associated with the services being offered. -Perform design or consulting work in the manager’s area of engineering expertise. -Provide daily leadership to the project team and technical staff in completion of project activities. -Monitor the contracted scope of work and identify scope changes. -Proactively monitor and maintain the project budget and schedule. Develop appropriate recovery plans in the event of potential shortfalls.

What You Bring

-Professional Engineer (PE) license -MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) -Bachelor's degree in Engineering -PMP certification -Master's degree -A minimum 2 years project management experience -Demonstrated leadership skills -7 years related experience
