Tasks

-Monitor Sub-Contractor progress and performance against baseline schedules and provide early warnings for potential delays. -Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment. -Ensure compliance with Bechtel’s project controls procedures and standards. -Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and recovery plans to project management and stakeholders. -Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, tunnels, and utilities. -Participate in project reviews and provide schedule insights to management.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress measurement techniques. -Advanced proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Capability to perform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies. -Strong understanding of infrastructure project lifecycle and construction methodologies. -Experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to align schedule deliverables. -Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines. -Requires bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or international equivalent in a related technical discipline). -At least 5 years of experience specifically in a Project Controls Engineer role within a large-scale organization. -Professional certification in project planning or controls such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent preferred. -Effective communication skills for interfacing with project leadership and stakeholders. -Minimum 8 to 10+ years of proven experience in project controls, engineering, or a closely related field. -Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze large and complex data and worksheets. -9-12 years of relevant experience in project controls and engineering or a related area. -Proficient in preparing schedule reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
