Tasks

-Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity. -Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform. -Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations. -Lead and manage project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships. -Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings. -Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce. -Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
