- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data sources.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and recommend improvements.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and business teams.
- Under supervision of the senior developers or independently complete the following activities:
- Design and develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and governance.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver scalable solutions.

- Residency, or a valid work permit which would allow you to work for Bird Construction or one of our wholly owned subsidiaries
- You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently
