Overview
Dispatches plumbers, coordinates service calls, manages orders and schedules.

Tasks
-Monitor and track orders on “hold” and in field quotes. -Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information. -Follow up and track order of materials. Confirm and update estimated time of material deliveries. -Coordinate service and schedules. Dispatch workers to appropriate locations. -Getting information. Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. -Perform follow-up calls for customers and technicians. -Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, and customers. -Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate helper allocation and schedules. -Assist with overflow of incoming calls and/or making client confirmation calls. -Ensure integrity of Technicians Debrief Workflow. -Data entry and database management. -Assist with scheduling and allocation of job requests. -Coordination, monitoring and assessing of personnel and service calls. -Communicating with supervisors and peers. Providing information to supervisors and co-workers, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. -Route job orders and material requests to appropriate locations. -Project transition from acceptance to materials ordering when estimate is signed to lead tech. -Making decisions and solving problems. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. -Work closely with team to provide feedback and training opportunities to leadership. -Speaking to others to convey information efficiently and effectively.
