-Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image -Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings -Find and fix problems -Start on time and work within budgeted hours -Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service. -Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings (dusting, mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, and trash pulling) -Can take charge of a situation -Minimize accidents and damage
