Tasks

-Prepare costs analysis for certain or all portions of the projects -Prepare budgetary estimates -Establishes means and methods of construction and performs engineering analyses to support -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors -From time to time, visits projects, and prepares cost analyses -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Perform site visit(s) and meets with owners and designers if required -Prepare take-offs -Analyze plans and specifications -Prepare construction schedule and perform cash-flow analyses -Close out bids and assist in preparation of supporting documentation
