Tasks
-Collaborate with clinical editors to prioritize new use cases and obtain feedback on existing solutions. -Evaluate, measure, and continuously improve performance. -Work with data scientists to evaluate strategies for optimizing prompts. -Provide training, documentation, and support for clinical editors and CARE team members adopting AI tools. -Stay up to date on industry developments. -Develop ETL/data pre-processing workflows to structure and manage clinical content for LLM pipelines. -Drive automation and workflow improvements through innovative LLM solutions and strategies. -Collaborate with clinical editors and copy editors for efficient and accurate content creation. -Engage in rapid prototyping of generative AI applications and full-stack development from proof-of-concept to front-end UI.

What You Bring
-At least 3 years of software engineering experience with the ability to design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. -Experience with modern front-end web technologies such as React.js. -Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerized services. -Advanced proficiency in Python. -Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices. -Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud computing. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Experience building generative AI solutions with OpenAI, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), chunking, and embedding techniques. -Experience in the health technology domain. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
